Information for Ordering, Payment & Delivery of your Handmade Wedding Stationery
Ordering:

There is a €4 charge per sample/proof which will be deducted from your final bill.

When placing the final order for your stationery, please allow 4 -6 weeks for delivery, however we will do our utmost to fulfil your order before this time.
It is advisable to order your stationery at least 4 -6 months before your wedding date (as a guide, invitations should be sent 6 - 8 weeks prior to your wedding date or earlier for overseas guests).

Orders will be accepted via email to Richcards@eircom.net, post or in person but not confirmed until receipt & clearance of payment. 

When placing your order please to remember to include your wedding details for the invitations.  Please feel free to use our suggestions on our Wording page.

Payment Terms:

25% deposit is required upon acceptance of proof and full payment before delivery or  upon collection.

Payment can be made by Credit Card through PayPal via email or by either: Bankers Draft, Cheque, or Postal Order (Please send by Recorded Delivery) made payable to: D Richardson and sent together with a copy of your order to Rathmooley, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Cash payments are acceptable if placing your order in person by prior arrangement.

If Guest names are to be added to cards then payment (@0.50c per card) and list to be provided with acceptance of proof.

Delivery Terms:

Delivery will be by hand (depending on location) or Collection is acceptable by prior arrangement.

*Postage or Courier deliveries will incur an additional fee which will be notified to you before shipment.

Refunds & Returns:

Due to the nature of the stationery we are unable to accept returns and therefore full refunds are not possible.

Wording & Range (if appl), Qty Required, and Required Payment Method
